Off-Duty Police Services

Officers can be hired to provide off-duty police services for an event in the City of Inver Grove Heights.

All off-duty police services need to be requested via an application. 

The application must include:

  • The event service location
  • Date(s) services are needed
  • Hours services are needed
  • The total number of officers needed

Off-Duty Police Services Application

  • The off-duty police services application can be submitted by email or fax. 
  • The rate for off-duty police services is published on the city’s fee schedule.
  • Requests should be submitted as soon as practical and submissions with less than 24 hours’ notice may go unfilled.
