What is an enrollment fee?
Enrollment fees are one-time fees paid at the time of enrollment.

How do I pay for my membership?
Monthly dues are deducted from a credit card or debit card account. We accept Visa, Mastercard or Discover.

How can I join?
We look forward to meeting you and helping you with your membership paperwork. You can come into the Community Center at any time during business hours to sign up for a membership. You will pay a prorated amount for your first month's fee. If you have one of our insurance discounts, please bring your insurance card and a voided check or savings account information.

What are your insurance discount programs?
If you are eligible for the frequent fitness programs through Medica, HealthPartners, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota, PreferredOne or U Care, when working out 8-12 times per month, depending on your plan, you will receive money back. You may do this for one or two eligible persons on a membership. Please call your insurance company to check your eligibility.

Healthways SilverSneakers is a national fitness program designed exclusively for older adults! This is a free membership for those included in their health plans.

Healthways Prime Program for a subsidized fitness program. Check the healthways website to see if you qualify.

Silver and Fit is a subsidized fitness program for older adults. This program works with various insurance plans such as Medica, HealthPartners, Blue Cross Blue Shield and more! Membership is either free or requires a small annual fee.

What is your cancellation policy?
All monthly memberships have a 3-month minimum commitment. Annual and Paid in Full memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. To cancel a monthly membership, please visit the Guest Services desk to fill out the Cancellation Form. We do have a 30-day cancellation policy and the membership will be cancelled 30 days from when the form is submitted to staff. A pro-rated charge for the following month may occur if the cancellation is submitted mid-month.
